Requests for return or exchange must be made via email before 5 PM PDT on the 30th calendar day after receiving the asset. Buyback requests require the vehicle to be available on the buyer’s property, with payment made on-site. We offer a refund of 100% of the purchase price minus any applicable fees. Assets must be returned in their original condition; we cannot accept returns for modified, damaged, or altered items. Refunds are processed immediately but may take 1-3 days to appear in your account. Please note that insurance coverage is void if the customer is intoxicated during any accidents.
